★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very rude staff and filthy and it stinks so bad in there. We went in and they couldn't even answer a question because we weren't wearing a mask. They can't use politeness and don't even as if we are exempt.
I don't care who you are or what your choices are, don't be rude or it will come back to you 10 fold.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Eh, I had to pay for pest snails and wasn't made aware that they cost money until after they were already bagged up so like that wasn't cool but like they had pea puffers so that was cool. Petsmart never has pea puffers.

If you have an animal that is NOT a cat or dog, petland has all the little knick knacks for all other animals unlike homes alive. Above all, associates are personable. Thanks for being my go to pet store ?
