K	Kenzie Gibb on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The store is messy and disorganized, an absolute nightmare, clothes in wrong sizes and genders, impossible to find matching shoes, just unimpressed.. and if you go to drop clothes off they take very few things and offer you a very low price- that's not the problem. The problem is that they guilt you into selling to them because they "spent time sorting" the clothes. A brand new shirt WITH the tag on worth $15 and they offer $1 for it (because it has pilling and wear, even thought it doesnt and has NEVER been worn), so when I want to take it back and either sell it myself or give it away I'm made to feel bad? Making people feel guilty and uncomfortable is a bad business model. Not impressed. Won't be back.
A	Alayna Overn on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So many adorable kids clothes (and even some small adult clothes!), books, and stuffed animals for an amazing price! It’s so much fun to be able to sell clothes instead of donating them somewhere else. I’m so glad we have this in Lethbridge now :)

Edit: I tried bringing in some kids clothes to sell, I left with the same 2 bags of clothes, having been terribly offended -they only wanted to buy some puddle jumpers and a pair of new balance shoes (90$ new, worn as indoor shoes for school)offered me 6$. I pulled a darling pair of overalls from a bag to ask why they wouldn't want them (worn twice, from old navy) they tried to point out a stain-it was bleaching in the denim, not a stain. someone else came over and told me they wouldn't buy them because they smelled like water damage (?!). Which made me see red. my kids clothes don't stink. I grabbed the new balance shoes, my two full bags, told them to keep the puddle jumpers and I don't want anything for them. And I left. Muttering curses and shaking my head at the whole situation. I get that they have to be able to make profit, and they can't be old or stained clothes. Just really disappointed in the whole interaction

I look forward to the announcement on Facebook! They aren't open to buy yet, but I did take some items there to sell. The staff were great, very friendly and greeted me right away. There were a couple of items that were against their policy to take like baby bottles, and they were very polite as they explained to me why. They were too busy at the time to process or price all my items, so I had to come back another day after they were done. When I came back they priced my items very fairly and the deal was made. The transaction was quick and easy and they paid me cash.
