★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I worked for O2 Training Centre from December 2019 to November 2020. As someone who is albeit slighly bias, I did want to say how amazing this facility, it's trainers and Owners are. I have worked within the fitness industry for over 13 years and can honestly say this has been one of the absoulte best experiences! Justin and Brittany are so kind, willing to help and care for every single person that walks through their doors. They are also locally owned and operated which is also something i strive to shop for as much as possible. If you decide to get a membership here, you will not be dissapointed. I promise.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is the place to go to work out. A small community of all ages, body shapes and sizes. The LEAST intimidating place to work out. It is THE CLEANEST gym in Lethbridge- you could eat off the floor. (NO KIDDING) They have so much new, nice equipment and it is never too over crowded. If you work out before 9 or after 4 30 you don't have to pay for parking and I can always find a spot. They also have amazing MMA classes and the staff is very encouraging and always willing to help. Also showers/very clean bathroom facilities. I love coming here.

Mangers take the time to know their clients and make it super comfortable for everyone. Great work outs as well and the classes are challenging and amazing for every body type.

Very spacious well ventilated and the staff is amazing. Prices are great and central location. From a non yogi Sarah was an incredible instructor and so helpful and I felt amazing after.
