This is the second place ever were the manager come up and told me I couldn't take any pictures in the stores. Like have you hear of Snapchat, Tiktok or even facebook. Almost ever teenager has posted a picture from inside the stores of a cool new shirt or something they have found that they like. I explained that I'm just doing a Google review and that most places or exited to have one done on there store. Nope! No way, sorry. Well know I want to know what your hiding. Do what you want, but I may be going to get as many pictures posted from inside the store now. :-( Short minded people. Its a different world we live in, walk up. Social media is here.

Older motel, but updated recently. Beds were comfortable. Room had fridge and microwave, but no coffee machine.

Funny how you pay more for clothes at the second hand store that were donated than you do brand new from Walmart... thrift stores are now completely unaffordable for people living on low budgets and that is a shame.

I’ve quit donating to Value Village after it came to my attention that they DO NOT donate any of their profit to charitable organizations! They pay The Diabetes Association a delivery fee for items received. Very misleading!!

I went in there hoping to get some good deals! Which I did!!! But then when I got to the til the lady repriced ALL of my things and told me I had β€œtampered” with the prices??? All because some of my things were XS and I used to work at a vallue village so I know that there is no XS choice for the pricing so you choose small! The lady that had repriced them all had OVER PRICED BY A LOT and threw the clothes onto the table, the bag I had been buying almost hit me and even the lady who was checking me out was surprised. I got some slip ons that were $5 and they made it $12 I got some leggings that were $7 and they made them $13 like what??? As I said I used to work at a vallue village and if you cannot find the size tag you take a guess, so apparently they weren’t the right size on the tag, it is not my fault you don’t know how to properly tag them, and accuse your customers so rudely, it is a thrift store why the heck would I tamper with prices that I thought were very fair!! this was just unacceptable!! The lady said that the hole where the tag goes into looked bigger??? Lady it’s a THRIFT STORE the tags are gonna end up like that when grabbed all the time. I love this store so very much and I’ve spent so much time and money there but I have NEVER had such a terrible experience and treated so terribly, I did my math and I was gonna spend $50 in the end the lady prices everything CRAZY HIGH way more than I’ve ever seen and I payed $170. I cannot believe this and I don’t think I’ll be returning anytime soon.

I have been shopping here for years and I am not thrilled with the lack of change rooms now. It feels like such a scam that you have to purchase items to try them on, if you don't like them you have to come back within two weeks, and the best you can do is an exchange! I've gotten into these ridiculous patterns where I'll purchase an item, not like how it fits, return, purchase another item for MORE money because I need to get the full value of the item I'm exchanging, not like how it fits, and do the entire cycle again. For most items being above the $8 mark now, its honestly not worth the hassle of trying on and returning over and over again. I'd take the L for things under $4, but this is frustrating. I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

This store is overpriced and unfortunately I assume they removed the change rooms due to COVID. Now you can't try on your clothes before you buy them and they only offer exchange so then you have to spend more time trying to find something instead of getting your money back. It's an absolute ridiculous thing to implement for people on budget. I used to love this store, now I don't even bother shopping here. There are other, better second hand stores.

I can say the staff front/back is amazing, great customer service with them all. I would recommend this store to anyone looking to shop on a budget. Some items are a bit questionable with their prices however for the most part it's still a wonderful store.
