A couple of other staff in the mobile phone section assisted as well everyone was all around great! I always have a great experience when I go, thanks guys keep up the great work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would give these more stars if the female "certified" specialist at the customer service (short and darkish hair) was not rude and unprofessional when I asked for an exchange after lunch time. She was quite lucky I decided to be polite at the time.
The rest of the staff were awesome.

They used to be such a good company but recently their customer service has been absolutely terrible. You aren't able to call the store anymore, their call center is unknowledgeable and their staff are not trained about the products like they used to be. Very sad to give this review as we used to buy products from the religiously.

It’s February 8th and haven’t received a thing not even a simple update on my tracking information, called customer service and they finally said that my parcel got lost during shipping.. Wouldn’t really recommend buy from best buy unless what you’re buying is in store! :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The best store for electronics in Lethbridge. The only store in Lethbridge that i know of were you can walk in the door one minute to close and still shop for a full hour. I ordered a screen protector for my cell phone and was not happy with it. They totally made it right. They made me happy and did what was best for me. They went above and beyond to make me happy. I only bought a $40 screen protector, can you imagine how for they would go if i had brought a big screen tv. They treat every customer with respect. Will always be a BestBuy consumer. They have my loyalty for sure. The store is always clean. They have great hours. Also!! They have the best cell phone department in the city! Because there staff don't make comission. They sell all the major companies. They are very knowledgeable in everything. You can really get the best advice and services here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ $1800 purchase online while working with their telephone team to make sure we could place the order today and have our guy drive out to pick up at store. Got an email that it was 'ready for pickup', our guys goes to pick up and they tell him it was an 'online order and will be shipped out...would love to just give it to you but it was designated to ship out.'
Logistics lead calls their line and they state, "Well, I have an email here showing it's available to pick up...I'll have to call the store and confirm...It will be one hour before we can get back to you...
Processes are garbage

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to pick up a couple of things. Walked into best buy and was greeted by employee, I told him the two things that I required, he took me to both departments and was very helpful. I would go there again. Usually don't have that type of service when going to a large electronic store. It's the little things that make the experience a big thing.
