★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff was not polite sold me a phone with out properly explaining it I came back the next day because my sim wasn't activated then was basically snarled at by the same lady when I wasn't talking to her but another customer service representative because I wanted to explain and understand what was going on not have some defensive lady argue with me over her commission I'm sorry but if you're job is sales I expect to be sold not just given an item and then have no idea I actually have to call a number to activate it will not shop there again

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealt here for years. Never disappointed with the service. Every couple of years I up grade my phone here, (now on my 3rd phone from here). Lol, the last one I caught a promo and picked up about $200 in Real Canadian Super Store Rewards as a bonus :)
I had a question about re-activating my last cell phone, phoned there, Viren answered and he walked me thru everything I needed to know. Big plus, the phones I got there are not locked so I can go with any carrier for the re-activation without any penalty.
I can honestly say I've had nothing but 5 Star Service here.

First you may get a nice text saying your phone may be up for renewal. Sounds good right? Was nice of them to send it to you.
Then you go in and they say you owe almost $100 on the phone to get another one or you have to wait 4 months.
Are they willing to work with you for wasting your time. Nope.
Seems pretty low. Makes a person want to switch phone carriers.

The salesman “Balraj” is super helpful and sincerely looking for best offer. He spent long time with us explaining each offer and some times call or text for follow up. We ended up highly satisfied with the offer and also with the service. Highly recommend this store, as I have been a continuous customer with mobile shop in Manitoba and Alberta for 5 years.

He not only looks into latest deals but also calculates amount and puts it on paper thus showing exact amount of profit. He always on customer side and doesn’t just narrate deals but explains in detail with pros and cons.
He gives proper time in explaining and solving each and every query.
He is an asset to your company. Keep up the good work !!!
