I always like to speak with him directly if I can. I would totally recommend him?.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I broke my phone and it was time for an upgrade anyways... I'm not the best with technology so I expected to be frustrating long experience picking out a new one.
Juan completely changed my mind set instantly. He was very friendly and made things very easy for me. He asked me a few questions about what I was looking for in a phone, and he gave me a few options that would best suit my needs. I'm huge on customer service and Juan was so fantastic.
He knows his stuff and answered all my questions in a way that I understood and wasn't overwhelmed.
He was very personable and very knowledgeable. I had to go back in to get a second charger for work and had the same fantastic service.
If anyone is looking for a new phone or device I highly recommend going to see him in the park place mall.

There was another gentleman named Blake who spoke to me while Juan was transferring my info on to my new phone and he was also awesome to deal with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My experience and expectation was far from what I could have imagined at this Bell location. Having recently purchased a new cell and the signing of a two year contract, the dread of accidental damage to my cell occurred to the point of no return.
Even though employees are still required to wear a mask, I had a professional and warm welcome from sales associate Kayla. For the most part this eased my distress but the other part was knowing there was was going to be a heavier than wanted price tag due to my situation. But with her extensive knowledge and expertise she researched what could be possible and in my best interest considering the situation.
I left the store as a customer knowing everything was handled with integrity and honesty. Biggest bouquet of thanks Kayla for everything you've done and especially your genuine patience. I'm enjoying the new cell now with the protection of a case!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Bell yesterday at park place mall to upgrade my phone to S21 ultra and I dealt with Dax. What an awesome rep. He was extremely helpful and answered all of my questions. I would recommend Dax a thousand times over. Thank you Dax for all that you did yesterday. You made it a wonderful experience.

I was helped by your sales associate Dax.
He was absolutely fantastic and helped me get not only into a new phone, but a Apple Watch as well for a cheaper monthly price than what I had before. Not only was my bill going to be almost $100 cheaper, but he was also able to give me a way better data plan. On top of all that, he was very pleasant to deal with and was very easy to talk to. HUGE thank you to Dax, but also a thank you to this store here in the mall, I’ve honestly never had a bad experience there at all. I highly recommend coming here if your an existing customer, or if your looking to get on with bell as a new customer.
Fantastic job guys and keep up the great work!!!!!

He answered all our questions and helped to transfer all her 'stuff' from the old phone to the new one. The smile on her face when she realized she didn't lose anything was the icing on the cake. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely fantastic service from Steven at this location. I called Bell Mobility directly to inquire about upgrading my smart watch. Unfortunately smart watch changes like this have to be done at a retail location.
I live in a rural area about an hour out from Lethbtidge. I called Park Place mall Bell Mobility and spoke with Steven. In under 10 minutes he had all my questions answered and all requested changes done without me needing to drive in. They are shipping the device upgrade by Courier at no cost to me.
Steven was an absolute pleasure to speak with and ask questions, and I just wanted to express and share this. When people are unhappy or believe they have been treated unwell we are always ready to express and share the negative experience with as many people as possible and unfortunately we do not feel the need to share our positive experiences as strongly. This leads to an artificially inflated appearance of negativity towards a business or even towards an individual employee.
Thank you once again for such great service.
