★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have bought a bedroom suite, mattress, dining room suite with buffet, living room furniture as well as other pieces then today we purchased a chair and ordered a love seat. We have had great luck and awesome service. A huge shout out to John R…he has helped us numerous times he is wonderful without being pushy.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The delivery fellows were very friendly, efficient, and helpful. They were in and out very quickly, having set up my bed and after explaining the settings. Both times (two different delivery dates), they were very professional. These two fellows actually know what customer service is (which is becoming a lost skill) and should get a raise!!! Thank you

He gave us space to look and was always close by to answer any questions.
When it came to questions about a fridge he went above and beyond what was expected.
We will always go back to Ashley's and we will always look for John.
We got our delivery today.
All I can say is WOW.
The delivery guys were great.
Very very professional very courteous.
Made sure we were happy with everything before they left.
We will definitely buy from Ashley's againin the future.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff were fast efficient and very professional. From the moment I started talking to them they priced matched without question I purchased it and was on my way. Fantastic experience. Until I got home. After a few days I wanted to check to see what the status of my order was. In store I was told that delivery was in 2 to 3 weeks. I purchased based on this estimate as there was another store that had the same product in stock located in another city which was willing to ship it to the city I lived in. However when I checked on the order the shipping time frame had changed from 2 to 3 weeks to 4 plus months. I have to admit I feel pretty mislead by Ashley Furniture. With that said the customer service after speaking to a rep was second to none they explained what was effecting their logistics system and in turn offered to check in with me in a week and a full refund if they were unable to deliver the product.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ashley Furniture is simply the best! Our sales professional, John R, helped us get the right furniture for our small space. We even ended up having more seating than expected. The quality of the furniture is noticed right away when you sit on our couch or big comfy chair. John would not promise a delivery date during these challenging times. However; our furniture arrived in 3 short weeks. I am pleased all my pieces arrived before Easter. I am so happy that I made the decision to shop Ashley Furniture!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very courteous, knowledgeable and helpful staff. No pressure sales. We went looking for a sectional sofa. We left having made an exceptional purchase. Karen was patient as we sat on sofa after sofa. And going back to check them out "just once more". We would rec you look here first and last. This is our fourth purchase from this store and we have never been disappointed in the quality or service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First gentleman that approached me in the store, didn't greet me or ask if he could help me with anything. All he said was please sir will you put on your mask.
Second person who greeted me was much friendlier and I was happy to accept his service.
John Burko's customer service was great in store the entire time. Very knowledgeable and helpful. Extremely happy with our new living room sectional.
White glove delivery service was also excellent. Delivery drivers were great and did an awesome job setting everything up and cleaning up after themselves.
