★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My first pair of Red Wings work boots were in 2004. The problem I had, is they do not wear out like other shoes. Your feet carry your day. The investment to help carry that is worth visiting a Red Wing store. The staff in Lethbridge help me add another pair of Hunting Boots to my collection. I went expecting what I get in Calgary stores. It felt like it was like when I was a kid getting shoes at Greenes where they fit your foot and you leave with shoes that fit. Not shoes that sorta fit.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have very high arches, high instep, and small feet so finding footwear is tough and workboots is even harder to find. It took sone time but with the help of Kevin we were able to find the perfect work boot for me! Highly reccomend this store and red wings in general.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ SO happy there's a full RW dealer in town again, and so glad it's owned by an amazing family. On opening day I brought my mother down and we were both stunned by how great the shop looked and how friendly everyone was. Everytime I've returned I've gotten the same great treatment and the store still looks brand new everytime!! Keep it up!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went in looking for hunting boots with no expectations given how you can't find anything these days due to supply chain issues. All the staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and honest with respect to supply chain issues and difficulties getting stock. The staff spent time with me looking at different models and options. I had done my research before going in and wanted a certain brand through Red Wing knowing the quality Red Wing represents. I got lucky and they did have my size and model in stock, but if they hadn't they would have done everything they could have to get me the pair I wanted. They always want to make sure the customer gets the shoe or boot that is right for them. Highly recommend this store.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I needed a good pair of boots, but knew pretty much nothing about boots. I wanted to write this review because I was just so very impressed with the service I received. Danielle helped me out. She went above and beyond to find the right pair of boots for me for what I needed them for and that fit, which I’ve learned is very important. She was super nice and so patient with me despite all my questions. I even met the owner, Trevor, who was super nice and helpful too - and he also took the time to have a good chat with me. I am super stoked with the boots I purchased. They are frankly the nicest boots I’ve ever owned. The stitching, the leather, and the quality are just there. Thanks so much again!!! And sorry for all the dumb questions!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Red Wing boots need no review. If you’re not familiar with them then I can’t do them justice here anyway.
But this particular location does need a review. The service is top notch and worth the premium cost of the boots and other merchandise here. From helping you find the right style and fitting, to providing regular, lifetime conditioning and cleaning of your boots, they leave nothing out. Do yourself a favour, increase your budget for work boots for one year only, and recoup the benefits for a lifetime.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I have nothing but positive things to say about this store. The staff were polite and very helpful in finding me a pair of insoles for my hiking boots. They did a 3D scan of my feet and stride analysis to find me the perfect pair - very unique technology and a great experience! I enjoyed their service so much that I went back and bought a casual pair of boots I had my eye on (Iron Rangers - obsessed!!). They are extremely comfortable and were easy to break in. I am constantly getting complimented and asked where I got them. Overall, between the location, services offered, staff, and quality of products, this location gets 5++ stars! Thanks again to the team at Red Wing Lethbridge!
