★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was told over the phone that I could return something. Made a special trip to do so. When I got to the store I could not make my return although I explained I was told on the phone that I could. No apology, no “have a nice day”. Unpleasant customer service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was refused service cause due to my anxiety and just having dental surgery my face was frozen and swollen I could not wear a mask. I have been there 3 other times showed my card (exempt from masks)and spent $150-200 dollars there each time had no problem. Well today I needed to replenish my child's Pj' s and needed to buy at least 5 pair plus some long sleeve shirts and pants. I politely explained my situation and I just had a temp check at the dentist and I had not travelled anywhere but I was still denied. The short haired blonde women with glasses was on a power trip and she clearly stated the store refused EVERYONE who can't wear a mask. This is against our human rights and discrimination. I went to Children's Place no problem and Children's Place had a better selection, helpful and understanding staff and management. I will be talking to a human rights lawyer Monday and will be in contact with the management Monday. My doctor will be supporting me as well as I ended up in emergency due to an anxiety attack from the mask wearing earlier this month. Superstore and Costco also have better children's clothing and management that appreciates and understands people suffering from trauma just might not be able to wear a mask!. Discrimination at its finest here.
