★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dealing with Daniell is always a pleasure. She is polite patient and easy going. She does what she can to help problem solve. Now to why there is a star loss. I was quite surprised when my payment was due on a Friday which turned out to be good Friday and instead of my payment coming out after the long weekend instead it came out Wednesday night. Not only that but there was an extra charge. It was lucky I got paid early or else the payment would have bounced. I had the funds in my savings and luckily still had money in my chequing account. As far as I know, which I work for a financial institution payments should come out on or after the payment is due, not before. Other then that, she has been phenomenal. Would recommend seeing her again.
