★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great customer service. Bought something online and did not fit what I wanted and took it back to Visions in Kelowna. Nav was excellent and called me back to get it all sorted out. Also when I went to have a refund Damian was very kind and thanked me for my business. Great place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I called before I drove there to see if the vacuum I wanted was in stock. I was told there was two. So I drove there to purchase it, and then after waiting 15 minutes I was told that they can’t sell me the one that they did have left cause it was on hold for someone else. I’ll be going to Best Buy from now on for all my electronics which I did after leaving visions.

Ordered big screen TV on line for store pick up. Sent my son-in-law to pick the unit for me and he came home asking why I ordered from Visions? At the store, he felt like he was imposing - guessing that maybe the sales people do not get commission for on-line sales? He did also purchase additional items but vowed he would never go back. Too bad. I guess the answer is to order from Amazon instead of supporting local business.

All the staff were friendly, and Love gave me amazing service, he was knowledgeable about the products, knew what I was looking for, very polite, and I left a happy customer!

We had no intention of buying a new TV and sound bar when we visited this store. We were interested in new beverage centre and were educating ourselves on audio/visual for a future renovation.
Lovepreet worked with us and explained the difference in technologies and features of each brand, answered our questions, and then made us a deal we couldn't refuse.
