She's been in regular contact, does regular inspections and lets us know if there are any issues with repairs needed etc, and has taken care of them quickly. We've had excellent tenants due to her researching them well and I wouldn't hesitate to refer her to others.

She tenanted the residence in a timely manner, got top rent, and quickly dealt with any maintenance issues that needed to be addressed. She also recognized when tenants were a problem and successfully evicted them with no issues. We really appreciated the work you did and how you helped us with our first investment in the Okanagan.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ever since a new intercom system has been installed they didn’t put in our apartment unit in the list, called M. Ross to inform her, to no avail, then called Jenny ( office manager) she promised to look after the issue, again to no avail, my landlord called and emailed them and again empty promises, this has been going on for several months, starting to believe all they want is their money and the people in our building in Kelowna are not to bother them as they might actually have to get things done. I, personally am very dissatisfied with the service, would never hire these people to look after my property

took over a month to get her to contact strata to put me in the intercom system. I payed a move in fee and gave 12 days notice and she dident contact strata til after i moved in.. so no elevator key for that. waste of cash
the building manager doesn't know anything bout the building. when asked where the water shut off is she snaps and says i dont live there and gives me wrong info...
sorry to interrupt your day drinking working from home. but your the manager who else do i contact for that ? im trying to fix a leaky valve before it damages the neighbors below me. took my plumber over an hour of trying random places to find it.
im worried what else is being neglected by this lazy bones

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely terrible property management company. Hikes up strata fees for upgrades and than never actually installs or upgrades and you still pay for it. Our pool was closed for 2 years and we all still payed for its maintenance with no kick back. Now they want to increase our fees by 13%! Which does not benefit the people living in our condo. Avoid using this company and go with someone else. Management is terrible as well they just brush you off.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Michelle has looked after my rental property for the past 4 years while I was living overseas. Michelle has been wonderful, professional, conscientious. She selected a wonderful tenant who has looked after my place. I feel Michelle has the capacity to see both side, the tenant and the owner. She managed all situations regarding repairs, maintenance, rent increases and all communication in a balanced professional manor.
When I decided to sell, she suggested agents who would not only work for me, but have a courteous manor when interacting with my tenant.
I would highly recommend Michelle.
