A	Arif Jetha on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ RPM have done a wonderful, wonderful, job of taking care of our property in terms of finding us great tenants, ensuring the rent is collected on time and deposited into our account and conducting regular and thorough inspections. In their dealings with us, they have exhibited professionalism of the highest calibre. During the covid crisis, RPM worked with their tenants, proactively, to determine whether or not they would be able to continue to pay the rent, so if need be, to be able to take advantage of the rent subsidy offered by the Provincial government.

I understand that this is a service for people wanting to rent out their homes. But if you are looking to rent from real property management, I would look at all your options. Treena the owner and manager is dedicated to her clients, not the tenants. High rates, poor communication, and slow downs are some of the hidden tricks of the trade real property management uses to help their clients take your money. If you’re looking for a place that is dedicated to the people who actually live and experiences the property, look else where.

From my side, they are not professional at all, one of the staff couldn't pass the information on time and properly, hence cost me more money to fix the problem. Always misunderstand me and the tenants. When the tenants broke the rule, they are unable to solve the problem(to ask for the owing rent). The attitudes are really bad. If your are thinking about using their services, you better make sure everything will go well, because once the conflicts kick in you can't count on them to solve it. Really need to consider their abilities about solving problems.
