For two months they ignore my calls to remove a giant RENO Truck parked across from at Burtch Estates, but when my son, in his first car, first job delivering pizzas, gets towed while home on a dinner break parked in front of house neatly. I don't know understand why these rules are not uniformly consistently enforced but seem to single out the poor on Xmas. Meanwhile we damaged both of our vehicles trying to fit into parking space while this Giant RENO Truck blocked our way for two months. 5 days before Xmas, in the middle of my son's shift, towing Domino's Pizza Kid? How low life is that? You guys achieved the Kelowna Xmas Humbug Award in my books! 270$, plus stress. It's ridiculous for five years people temporarily park in front every unit in this entire complex.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had to sell based on what was going on. Owners were being ignored. Important jobs were not being addressed in a prompt manner. Unprofessional contractors were being hired. Fees were going up and nothing was improving. No one was being told what was really going on. I'm from another strata complex, so I know about how strata operates. Don't know what to say to be honest........wow, but I will say they did do great financials.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible customer service skills from Brock Little of Lifestyles. After a 9 week delay for my FOB, I was ignored and overlooked despite several emails. I had told Brock that I was relying on my neighbors to buzz me in every single day several times. Chubb Edwards was to blame for 6 weeks of the delay. 3 weeks after FOBs arrived, Brock ignored my emails and did not alert me that they had arrived. I was treated in a condescending manner and was very displeased with the outcome of the situation.
I would highly recommend staying far away from any building where the strata deals with Lifestyles.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst strata management companies. Don't even know regulations or laws. Updating to include that they now argue with RCMP officers on the law and what can/cannot be done. Never had a worse experience that this.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A property managers role is look after the financials and supply recorded minutes of all meetings she/he attends. Gillian's minute take lacks content and does not include everything that transpires. She should be impartial and not express her opinion. With experience in 5 strata's, 1 association and numerous courses by CHOA I think I have a fairly good understanding of how a property manager should function.
