★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I drove in from lake country for a quick pickup, arrived 10 minutes before close today and doors were locked up. The man inside wouldn’t even come have a conversation. Frustrated to say the least. There were 6 others that pulled up and tried to pop in between 4:50-5pm. Just so your aware NAPA. Brutal customer service. Will definitely be giving my business elsewhere next time. Really disappointed to have driven all the way in for that.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Preferred parts supplier for my shop. Wally, Robyn, Patrick and Shaun always a pleasure to deal with. Very knowledgeable and pleasant. Ken working the phones is quick and knows his stuff too. I would rather wait day to wait for the part if it needs ordering than go elsewhere.

Ended up saving me hundreds, possibly even thousands in repair costs. It's clear that their business model is not to upsell, but rather to provide such superb service as to make it impossible to go elsewhere. Go here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you haven't been to NAPA yet, but you go to Lordco or Wyatt, you're missing out. I went there for the first time today, and it went really well. I forgot to ask the fellows name that helped but he gave awesome customer service! He tried alot to help find a little piece of metal I needed. Thank you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Napa in kelowna and because I can't wear a mask but I do have a letter from my doctor and it is stamped with her signature on it I was told to leave , you have the glass protection up and your team has the masks on how far are you going to take this you will keep lossing customers maybe you should just close this store for good. My name is Roger Weatherly and I will never again use this store as the person I was telling me to leave he was not very polite in anyway and I will be telling others not to buy anything from there NOT HAPPY WITH THIS AT ALL

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to bring my kids to daycare today to find a nail in one of my tires. I called around to a few places and everywhere was busy. Napa fit me in right away and fixed my tire within half an hour. Thank you for the amazing customer service!
