We had some issues with the sofa that were not resolved by the time the pandemic crisis hit us. After restrictions were reduced, we were able to attend the Kelowna store and with the co-operation of staff, all the issues were resolved to everyone’s satisfaction. Thank you Kendall and Ashley.
K	K Short on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We recently moved into a new home and purchased several new pieces of furniture from various local stores. Unfortunately, our experience at Muse and Merchant was unlike the other stores. We ordered a custom Milo Sofa bed. When it arrived we noticed the sofa was extremely uncomfortable and were concerned we had ordered the wrong one. However, when revsiiting the store, we confirmed with the Manager that it was indeed the right sofa. The sofa in the store is very comfortable. Our cushions felt like CEMENT. We brought in our cushions and the Manager agreed they were harder than the store display. She asked us to send photos ( which we did) and approached the manufacturer on our behalf. The manufacturer stated that we need 2 - 4 weeks to "break down the foam". At this point we were already past the 2 week point and there was no change. We have owned many sofas over the years and have NEVER had to " break in the cushions". Neither the manufacturer nor the Manager were willling to do anything further for us. She told us to wait it out a few more weeks to see if there was any change, but did not offer us a resolution. We are extremely disatisfied. We feel that Muse and Merchant did not resolve this issue.

Leanne was helpful in picking fabrics and helping us make the right choice. We will definitely go back and would highly recommend.

Next thing I knew I had a new dining room table, 2 new leather occasional chairs, 2 new coffee tables and a new lamp! Awesome furniture, amazing style, good prices. Service was perfect. It's a " must visit"
