P	Pat Dean on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I thought because I paid so much for my couch that it would last many years. The arm mechanism broke because a little plastic piece keeps breaking. Why would they use such cheap materials on such an important and used part of the couch. Also, I find the sales people very pushy. I don’t like to be followed around the store. Update: Your not good at accepting criticism. I gave you 2 stars but you obviously don’t desive it.

As we were from out of town she gave us a new remote & suggestions on how to pair it with the chair. It didn’t work but Natalie kept researching & I was shocked at her concern! She kept phoning me & emailed more ideas to try & I finally got the chair working again! This kind of determined service is rare today! Thank you so much Natalie! You are a huge asset to the lazy boy company!
C	Cindy M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The absolute worse company to deal with ever. Bought a recliner chair for my elderly mother in law. Around 2 years in the chair broke down. Called for service and a technician came to see what parts were needed. Two and a half months later parts arrive and technician arrives to repair but says Lazy Boy sent the wrong parts. We are told they are escalating ordering new parts and will let us know when they arrive. That was 4 months ago. In August it will be a year since the chair broke down. As I understand it this is very common practise for any chair repairs for Lazy Boy. Be aware before you purchase.
d	doris hewitson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had a wonderful experience looking at the gallery and deciding on a sofa and reclining love seats. Milund was amazing!!! I’m VERY disappointed, however, that it has been 7 months and I still do not have my furniture. I realize there are difficulties in delivering and shipping but this seems extreme. I would definitely have not ordered from the states. If I could go back in time I would order Canadian made furniture as I think the wait time would be better. 7 months is a very long time to wait for a couch. I am disappointed. In myself for not knowing better and in Lazyboy for taking that long. I feel like there should be some compensation for that length of time. As I said, I still do not have it. I might be waiting another month til I actually have it.
P	Pam Trarup on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are so pleased with the recliners and couch that we purchased. We ordered the couch, and told right away that there would be some delay in getting it. The sales and delivery people were wonderful to deal with. I would recommend them to anyone!

The selection of fabrics was great. And with the in-home consultation we could see what the fabrics would look like in our own living room, not their showroom.
