Everything labeled properly and signs for direction are clear and easy to read. I came here for a 12v tire compressor pump for the work truck. Was in and out in less than 5mins. Highly recommend for any tools or equipment. Plus, they usually have good sales that save you more than $10-100 on even lesser priced tools.

Emailed customer service ...Used twice and the heater coils separated and it died. Very disappointed with customer Service received from Jack Roeder. Completely back pedalled on his initial offer to make it right.....then they moderated my honest review of their product being garbage and of course wouldn't post it. Horrible customer service follow through. Tried to support local shops during the holidays.. Lessen learned... They will not get anymore of my business.

It only lets you search products on their site now. None of the promps let you speak to anyone even though it mentions to press 3 to SPEAK to a ten member. Lost my business.
M	Mark on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bought a headgear from princess auto for my welding helmet. After a few days of use it broke. So after work in rush hour traffic I tried to return it. I have an account with you guys which should show the recent purchase I made. However I was first told by Rica (customer service)that they do not sell this item here. I reassured her it was, then she said there was no record of purchase. I had to drive all the way home and all the way back to get my receit which should be recorded on my account. When I got back to the store she was doing the same thing to some other guy in the line saying that there was no record of payment for his item either even after he provided his number/account. I finally did get to return the faulty headgear. But it wasted my time and gas to drive back and forth just to prove I wasnt lieing. Terrible customer service from Rica.

Layout is not intuitive and not labeled well for certain products. Store seems to be on the smaller side Cashier/entry way is shared often resulting in congestion etc. Poor accessibility good wheel chair patrons Staff isn't the friendliest
