Not only did Charlene get myself AND my wife tested quickly and safely. She did it after hours, on her own time.
That is customer service. Hands down.
Charlene was thorough, careful and professional the entire time.
She explained the process, what we were going to go through, and then made sure any concerns we had to ask were answered.
