E	Eliyah Omar Elmoré on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Update: I received a call from Helen ( the managing person on behalf the owners) regarding to my negative google feedback. she was really professional person. She apologized for the miscommunication between me and the new person that they hired. She assured me that in the near future they will change the system so that the ShopSupplies feed will be included in the cost of the repair , not after, e.g. cost of repair + tax = total not cost of repair + tax + shop supplies = total Also, she told me you pay only what you have been quoted over the phone, anything else will be refunded back to me to credit card. To be honest, when i did my original review. I was not expecting someone to call me back and apologize. But Auto Place did phone back and apologize and offered me a refund. Very professional company, and i am sure i will go back to them again. Original feedback While my family and I have dealt with them so many years, and I like their work. I don’t like their hidden fees system, the charge me for something called “shop supplies” in top of charging for labour . When I phoned them the quoted me 880 plus tax. But when I went there they charged me 880 + tax + shop supplies(50$). I asked them what is that, they told me it’s for using our tools(e.g Ratchet) to fix your van. I felt offended because this is not standard and they didn’t mentioned that earlier. I hope they stop doing that , customers feel offended from hidden fees Also, i was quoted 120$ for alignment, but on my invoice is showing 140$. When i asked them why is that , they told me: well , the person who was talking he was new .

When we went in to get it fixed. The questioned my wife for not getting a suggested repair 3 years ago and then said “we fixed it and didn’t charge you “. No apologies and wouldn’t provide anything to help us clean the stains. We will not be back.

S	Shonah Marie on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Finding a good mechanic can be hard and intimidating, especially when your engine light is on and you need immediate assistance. My husband got me a last minute appointment at The Auto Place on Saturday. Not only did they quickly diagnos the issue, they took the time to explain to me what wasn't going on (though was recommended to me as the issue by other mechanics I called) and what was going on. They could not solve the problem without ordering a part, so they got me scheduled in the next week for a repair. If getting me in last minute wasn't amazing enough, they offered to do the much needed oil change I couldn't seem to find the time to get done. Huge props to the guys at The Auto Place!! Feeling very looked after.

Car stopped in the middle of mountains. Engine seized. No cell service.. Refused to apologize or take responsibility for error. New manager treated long term customer like a complete stranger. I’d never use them again -5.

I got quoted 10k in repairs from a dealership and they went through it again and quoted it to be actually a fraction of that. Even after the original quote they saved me almost a grand on the work after the fact. The boys do quality work and aren't taking no body for a run around on price. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
F	Finn Duff on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We were having troubles after jumping the cars battery. After turning it on the car felt off and gave us a warning to get it checked out on its screen. We brought it to them and they were great! Super friendly and thorough when checking the car. It took them no time at all and after their help we were able to drive seven hours back home comfortably and safely without worry! Would recommend
