★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Craftsman fixed my vehicle a year ago due to a car accident and I was very happy with the service. I popped in today as my tailgate has been acting up and even though it was absolutely nothing to do with their previous repair they immediately fixed the issue while I waited.
Amazing and wonderful staff! Would HIGHLY recommend!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DO NOT BRING YOUR VEHICLE HERE. Dishonest and inexperienced.
Communicating your mistake is much more valuable to your customers than lying. 5 weeks ahead of the appointment to order parts. One bumper, two brackets. Told the day of they would be ordered. My guess, is you cheaped out and ordered only one, then your technician damaged the other one removing it. As you stated the part I was waiting for was the damaged bracket. Opposite the accident side. Either way, let's put the ego aside and admit the mistake. Give me options and we'll go from there.
Lying about part delays to accommodate your incompetence seems like a poor business model. Especially since it only takes a couple of phone calls on my behalf to find the same parts. Poor customer service and experience as well.
You think 7 weeks to swap a bumper is reasonable. Yeah, bolts are bent, yeah they're seized. It was in an accident, you're mechanics, did you think it was gonna be easy?
Think they made any efforts to fix their mistake or the fact my vehicle sat for two weeks waiting for parts. Nope. Not even a call. Not even to confirm or acknowledge the parts hadn't arrived. I had to call every day the parts were "supposed" to be in to check. She wouldn't even call back, just texted us. Super professional ?
Take your vehicle anywhere else but here. Save the headache.
Update: Following up now with RCMP. Not only did my vehicle not get repaired, they wasted two weeks of the company Truck sitting and robbed $300 worth of tools.
You didn't do your job, you wasted my time and you physically stole from us but you're upset about my review? This is exactly what's wrong with society. Zero accountability. Zero follow through. Zero action. Words. Do better.

Covid hold ups were lengthy yet they did everything right and treated me like family
I will never recommend any other collision centre in the Okanagan over this fantastic business and “family” of teammates

Transparent, up to date with contact methods, Flexible and understanding
They also handled the hit and run I was involved in this their rental vehicle like a dream

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My visit was made for a possible hardware purchase (not a repair). I needed a wheel nut replacement and they did an online research to find the correct nut, nut there was no such nut in stock. They did have some candidates on benches, so a mechanic came out to the car,removed the damaged nut and checked out their collection for a match. No match so they torqued on the old one and we were done? This is a detailed description of the " Above and beyond" service, with no fee attached. I commend their service - they for sure deserve my future patronage for their purposed help.
