R	Ross Paul on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Like some people I checked their reviews. All seemed good. I brought my Ford vehicle to them, because I heard a creaking sound coming from the front right side. They inspected the vehicle(cost $143.00). Their conclusion was the rubber above the front strut was worn. They also mentioned the front struts were leaking and would need of replacements. The cost to the work would have been $1800. I then brought the vehicle to the Kelowna Ford dealer. They inspected the vehicle(cost $93.00). They said the strut were not leaking and were perfectly good. They said the creaking sound was coming from a worn right front wheel bearing. Cost to repair $ 850. RPM was going to take me to the cleaners for $1800 for unnecessary work. Never ever going back there again!!!!!!

Although the owner was aware of break ins happening in the lot I wasn’t notified before I told him that I was leaving it overnight . Then when my vehicle was broken into I had to pay for the broken window and for the installation without being quoted . I was under the impression that it would be covered as it happened on their property. I went in for an overheating issue and I was told that it wasn’t overheating… I wasn’t quoted for anything and then $900 dollars later my vehicle broke down the next day … from overheating . My boyfriend and I fixed the issue ourselves .. for $30 I notified the company of this and they said they would call me back to fix this issue …… weeks later I haven’t heard anything. I’ll NEVER go back here again .

I was passing by the area when my car's tire pressure went low, I quickly turned to their parking lot as I had my kids in the car and didn't want to drive far with low pressure tire. Mechanic came out and helped (even though he was busy fixing other car), checked all tires and didn't even charge me for it.

Then my transfer case went and Kevin did everything to give me the options and time lines to help make my decision. Thank you for making me feel like part of the R P M family. I highly recommend.
H	Heather Aldag on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EdIt: I appreciate the quick response. The work was under my husbands name. That is why you couldn't find me in your system. Am I able to get a refund since it was still under your 2 year warranty? I took my mini van to get my alternator replaced. Right away the "check charging unit" light would pop back on for a few seconds and then off. Ti would do this constantly, I took it back and they said they couldn't find anything wrong with it and that the light was not coming on for them. I went back home and the next day the same warning light kept coming on. I took it back to RPM again, they said it was not coming on for them but would replace with another new alternator for us. After another week the warning light kept coming on. I finally took it to somewhere else where they replaced it with the correct type of alternator for my vehicle and now no problems. I would not recommend this place at all.

Pricing is great, they don't gouge like many other shops. Been going to this shop for 10+ years and it will continue to be the only shop I go to.

Kevin, the man that works at the front desk, is so kind, understanding, and patient with me. They sent me the diagnostic which was really easy to understand, and my car is in great condition after getting their help. Honestly, I am so grateful that Mr. Lube recommended this place and I can see why.

With zero knowledge and experience with automotive repair ourselves, it's incredibly important to know your mechanics are there to help you and just fix the car without worrying about being bilked or upsold. That's what you get with RPM, and you'll be taken care of really well by Kevin and the rest of the team. That's all they care about. The best job, for a fair cost, and with parts that will hold up well. We're 4 different cars in with them over the years and can't see that changing anytime soon.
