I just wanted to let you know how big of a help you've been this year with me, and I so very much appreciate it. Sabrina let me know you caught some things here and there, and it just makes me that much more confident in your ability to do your job. Which to be honest, I'm finding is VERY scarce these days with others. Especially with purchasing a home and dealing with contractors and renovations and brokers, and everyone at the bank, you come to realize just how incompetent a lot of people can be at their jobs, and it makes you have to think for yourself and speak up, otherwise things won't get done in your favor.
With you, I can trust you'll get the job done without me worrying about it, AND having said what I said about all the incompetence I've encountered recently, it makes me appreciate people like you who can do not only their jobs, but excel past expectations even more so. So again, thank you so much for what you do!
