Nicole Paller was our finance manager and she was great too. Very personable and knowledgeable and made the process easy. Even got me a better interest rate than I expected! Great job Harmony Honda!

Having chosen the 2022 Civic Hatchback Sport Touring as my next purchase I couldn't be more pleased with the car and the service received from Harmony Honda right from the sales department to finance it was satisfying without any pressure to make rush decisions. I must say Julie from sales was amazing, knowledgeable, helpful and SO patient! Thank you so much along with the rest of the staff at Harmony for making this a great experience

I accidentally hit a snow pile a few days back and he was super helpful and tried his best to help me put my bumper back as it was loosened. Long downside was that it took a little big longer than anticipated, but they wanted to make sure everything was perfect! Thank you so much

All the staff was very friendly and helped us to understand the benefits of the new vehicle. We compared the Toyota Corolla vs the Honda Civic and the civic was superior and rated number 1.

Great service and they know they’re stuff. Can't thank him enough. Managers: Wes Rota and Steve their attention to detail and my satisfaction was unparalleled- going above and beyond in every aspect! ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I’ve been coming to Harmony Honda for a few years, since purchasing a used Honda vehicle. I find the entire service experience to be great!
Before I even bought the vehicle they were able to
pull all the service records (from another province!), super helpful. When I first booked service with Harmony Honda I found how awesome and easy the online booking system is. Seriously great to pick the service you need (likely based on what the car is saying it needs, what a world we live in!) enter any comments and pick a time slot. For someone who’d rather book via the computer than a phone call this is great! Of course you can still call to book if you want!
Each time I take my vehicle in, and this time in particular, they go over everything that will be done, they give a good estimate on the costs (barring anything being discovered that needs attention) and a ride home has always been offered. In this case they discovered some big ticket issues that I had no idea were there. But driving the vehicle home after they fixed them, wow it’s like driving a new car!
I felt reassured about the safety and road worthiness of my vehicle after we were done, and I trust them to keep costs down on parts if possible, and that the work done is work needing to be done. I’ve never felt pressured to get things done that aren’t urgent or serious failures.
And a free car wash coupon at the end, ya baby! Thanks Harmony Honda!
