What a great experience. Tom was professional, thorough, and very accommodating. He put the time in to find the perfect vehicle for me, and ensured it fit my budget. As it was my first time financing, he walked me through the process and made sure I was clear on everything before we went ahead. 2 years later and I’m still impressed with the service. As always, our experience at the Mercedes-Benz of Kelowna was outstanding. We came in this past January with a slew of electrical problems, and in fact we had to tow our ML 350 to the dealership. The service centre was extremely well organized, clean, and efficient, despite our late arrival. At the service desk, we had the pleasure of dealing with Trevor Springman who walked us through the whole service process from the original diagnosis to the replacement of the parts — he was incredibly kind, helpful, and very reliable. Trevor, was super knowledgeable when it came to explaining the issues, and very professional in handling our experience. The service work this centre provided was exemplary and I feel confident they did an excellent job of taking care of our ML!!! ?? 5 out of 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️, we would highly recommend Trevor, Justin, Cory, and the rest of the team.

Mercedes Kelowna and Maggie Foun made our GLE450 a 10 out of 10 experience. Thank you again Maggie. Purchasing a new luxury SUV can be stressful. Solid knowledge and understanding of our family’s needs was clear to Maggie. She help ease the stress but also to help us understand what we needed. Maggie solid understanding of the Mercedes vehicles helped us come to a quick conclusion that we had a winner and picked a beautiful vehicle that had the features needed for Us. Going through each Mercedes’ class with Maggie made it apparent what we needed. She was knowledgeable not just in the Mercedes’ brand but in other manufacturers so to compare. She was very professional and knowledgeable on this vehicle type. As a matter of fact the group at Mercedes’ helped in plating and dealing with the understanding of warranty’s. The entire staff made it a pleasant and created an easy move into the Mercedes’ vehicle. So far the vehicle is top notch and the service is second to none…. would we buy again from this Mercedes dealership….. at this point absolutely. Considering working with Kelowna Mercedes? Do it. I recently wanted to purchase their 2012 C63 AMG, and worked with the sales rep Jamie Rynard. He was friendly, polite and timely in responding, with none of the industry's typical sales sleeze or pressure to buy something now. Jamie even went over and above the call of duty, to bring the car to my condo downtown for a test drive at lunchtime, since my workday is typically jam packed. This was an amazing free service and nothing I have been offered at other dealerships! He also facilitated the trade-in of my M3 seamlessly and found a solution that worked, without me left feeling like I was getting ripped off. Very happy with the trade in valuation. Jamie also picked up the car post-purchase to bring it back to Merc for minor dent repair + minor bumper repairs scheduled to be done, and dropped it back off at my house, again all without me having to visit the dealership. 5/5 service. Also, shoutout to Kyle + the detail team for the great work on the touch ups, chip repair, polish + bumper repair. Would definitely work with the team at Kelowna Merc again on a future car purchase.

We’ve been purchasing Mercedes-Benz from Kelowna Mercedes for years. So when we decided to trade in our convertible Jamie Rynard was an absolute gem! From the first phone call to walking in the showroom Jamie displayed nothing but professionalism and integrity with some great humour as well. We never felt any pressure and he walked us through many options and answered any questions we had. Even after the purchase of our new SUV Jamie has reached out on several occasions to make sure everything was perfect and reassured us that if it wasn’t he would resolve any issue and make it perfect!
