★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Awesome people! My rear view mirror fell off and they helped me out and fixed me up free of charge. Customer service was awesome and everyone in the shop was super knowledgeable on glass. Didnt even break a sweat and got me going right away. Highly recommended based off their customer service alone!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I had somehow popped the trim on my sunroof and could no longer close the window. I took it to another glass shop, who wouldn't even look at it and told me to go to the dealership. They fiddled with it for almost an hour and couldn't fix it, suggesting a new trim piece at a cost of $300. Then I came to Kelowna Glass, showing up unannounced and at the end of the work day. Not only did they fix it quickly and without any unnecessary parts, they didn't charge me for it either. They have won a lifelong customer with their great service, fair pricing and knowledgeable staff!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We are totally impressed with the professional and courteous service - from our first phone call to completed service provided. We have a door with between the glass binds, wherein after 15 years one of the strings gave way and the blind could no longer be raised or lowered. Kelowna Glass knew exactly what we were after – gave us some options – and came the next day and had a new window with blinds installed perfectly in under and hour! Thank-you Tim our phone contact, and installers Nick and Jackson!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tim, his wife Andrea and his whole family that run this shop are in one word AWESOME. from a friendly check in they gave me a ride back home, kept in touch through the day on the progress and then picked me up promptly upon completion. Theres only one store you need to go to for all your glass needs and its RIGHT HERE. Support your locals. This is great to see a family with hands on experience and a smile because they take pride in the work they do and the satisfaction of the client. I can see clearly now thanks to the team at Kelowna Glass!!! Well done.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys are absoluetly amazing! We called around and they offered the cheapest high quality replacement windshield. The 1st replacement ended up getting damaged while being transported. They ordered a new one and rescheduled our appointment for the following day. They've done a great job. At the end they took a few dollars off for having to wait an extra day for the windshield. They're very knowledgeable and they know what they're talking about, especiall Ben. Thank you!
