★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really appreciated the service I received yesterday at Mr. Lube. Tristan was the service attendant who looked after the oil change for my Honda. He was efficient, super polite, and knowledgeable. He was extremely through and conscientious. He was assisted at times by Carson, who was also excellent. I have had consistently great experiences over the years at this particular Mr. Lube. I highly recommend their services. I find them to be an affordable, safe place of business.

She was amazing and thoughtful, and responded to my concerns with brilliant suggestions and clearly knowledgeable advice. I would wholeheartedly recommend this business to anyone who needs their vehicle serviced or looked after. Thank you Via!!

I am not a big Google reviewer but after my many years of amazing service from Tim and Rachel, I feel obligated to get the word out there that the staff here at this specific location is truly amazing. They are knowledgable and so helpful when trying to understand what is going on with your vehicle. I am not mechanically inclined myself so coming here I feel comfortable because the staff here are so trustworthy. I will never go anywhere else for any service. Keeping hiring staff like Tim and Rachel!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ High praise to Tim and Jackson! Busy time of year to get one tire changed, had to go back to the location 4 times. Each time, Tim was extremely professional and explained clearly how busy they were and how they could not accommodate me right away. Cane back early the next morning, Tim and Jackson remembered me and gave me wonderful service. Jackson, great job on the tire! Highly recommended.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I probably should have written this sooner; I've been going to this location for seasonal tire rotation and oil changes since moving here in 2020. The staff have always been cheerful and professional. They explain things to me in ways I can understand (I know nothing about cars) and they don't try to upsell on things that aren't needed. I feel confident in the services they are providing. Today I zipped in because my drip pan was partially detached... Jared and Carson were quick to fix it and didn't even charge me. Jared also checked my tire pressure while I was waiting. My experiences have been positive ones - seems like the staff like their job and get along with each other. Keep up the good work!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This place’s service was amazing! We got here at 6:30pm because one of our rear tires was low. We waited until 8:30pm because there was a long line up. Even though they closed at 8:00pm, they provided us service anyway! Very attentive and detailed throughout. Gave us some suggestions for affordable tire replacement options. Thanks again guys!

Seriously I don’t even know how would this franchise owner even operate this business with this kind of employees .
Who scare customers away that it’s gonna take 45 min to hour so if you wanna wait it’s your choice.
WhT a great statement to that lady who come to me soon after I parked my car to do oil change.
I don’t even know how come she is still working as having poor customer service skills.
This is not the only one time it happened to me this is second time and same lady come to me and was her statement was same.
To scare customers away.
I think that’s why she is hired.
And seriously nobody is really care about customers in that store.
Horrible customer service.
If I would’ve option to give no star I would love to give no star at all but there no such a option for no start so I am giving 1 star .
But please consider that my star as —5 star.
