Brought 2 tires in to have them turned around and balanced to even out some asymmetrical wear. They chipped one of my wheels, cracking the paint, and when I noticed it they immediately tried to blame me for it. They stated it was obviously pre existing curb rash even though it looks nothing like it. He then tried to argue that although they used to damage wheels all the time their new machines make it impossible. Part way through the explanation he even admitted he didn't actually work on them and hadn't even seen them until I arrived to pick them up... So how could he possibly know? The best part is you could see they rubbed the wheel clean right where it was, as if they noticed and tried to see if the mark would rub off. These wheels aren't anything special but I've owned them since the car was new, I hand wash and wax them twice a year and as the only driver of the car who also explicitly checked them over for any damage before bringing them in I can say with 100% certainty this was not pre-existing damage. The worst part is that I was perfectly willing to let the damage go. It's a pretty small mark and I understand over time things wear or get damaged, and there is some risk of this any time you mount or dismount a tire, but the immediate defensiveness and accusing me of doing the damage broke my trust and I won't return.

Some of the most professional and excellent service I have ever seen. Had a flat tire on a road trip through kelowna and I was so well taken care of that my worries melted away. Would recommend to anyone. Jamie was especially helpful, very knowledgeable.

I think the young man who helped me, with my flat tire on my Prius, was named Ryan. Much thanks- outstanding service, friendly, and understanding- much appreciated, from Sharon

Very disappointed in how they treat their customers. I ordered tires online including the installation. When they arrived I was informed I had 21 days to get my tires changed or they would keep them and refund my money. When I tried to book an appointment the soonest would be in over a month. Well past the 21 day limit. Otherwise it's first come, first served. But with wait times of several hours. In the end I decided to just take my tires and ask for a refund on the installation charge, which led to waiting on another line. Costco should modify how they let customers order online so they may choose a time for the installation. Saying it must be done in 21 days but not allowing an easy way to plan that is very disrespectful to customers that have to pay to shop there. Perhaps add a fee for missed appointments if they are afraid of lost income. (not that others wouldn't take it immediately).

I was on a road trip from Calgary to Vancouver, got a flat tire last night in Kelowna, everywhere else are either fully booked or told me that the tire is not repairable, some bodyshops even told me to pursue a new sets of tires, Mark at the Costco tire centre helped me to fix the flat tire within a hour and a half without asking me any question. A place charged $20 dollars to do the analysis, Costco only charged me even less to fix the tire. Thank you so much Mark and the tire centre at Costco.

The one great thing about Costco tire centre is that you can grocery shop at the same time. Unfortunately after the last few experiences I don’t think I’ll be back. Kal-Tire just outdoes them in customer service and quality. I switched to Costco simply so I could tackle two things at once. It took Costco 2 hours and 40 minutes to get my tires switched. Already on rims. I get it, people call in sick, but when you know thats going to cause extraordinary backups, you should be cancelling or rescheduling appointments. OR if you see a mother with a baby checking in and you know you are that backed up, maybe you say, come back in two hours because your car is going to be sitting in the parking lot that long before we even get it in the parking garage. I watched an employee, Dedee, snap rudely at literally every person who came by just to check in politely at the progress of their vehicle. Customers being kind, respectful, and courteous, despite the wait, and being treated like garbage. After all that and when my vehicle was finally finished, I was told that the last time Costco did my tires they put the wrong lugnuts on. So, quality of service is also a concern. Despite the convenience of grocery shopping at the same time, I think ill go somewhere that honours the appointment time, is always friendly and courteous, and doesnt screw up the simple switchover of tires.

Not a great experience, in fact i would implore everyone to just go somewhere else. Same as the other reveiw. Very rude and snappy with kind questions such as may I buy tires? And perhaps offroad tires on my vehicle would that be an option? A hard no! I was told there are absolutely no tires and to go home. All I wanted to do today was put money on tires in order to have an appointment to have tires put on in the future . I had my Costco card and my Mastercard ready to pay for any Tire even if it wasn't there . I know shipping is bad but there must be at least some estimation of when new tires would be coming in. Or perhaps a way to contact people when the tires do arrive maybe they could pay for them ahead of time IN PERSON so that they don't have to only call every time a shipment comes in. Or perhaps the ability to order tires or Reserve tires for when they do come in. We were waiting for 30 mins before anyone could help. I was told to leave and buy my tires online after being told the tires I had previously for 5 years were most likely the wrong size because the dealer never puts the correct tire size on. There were no tires at all available yet on the monitor there were several listed as costco memebr pricing. Which apparently costco cannot sell. She refused to login because she would never use her own account for me. I'm confused because I'm a member standing in costco and I still can't buy those goodrich tires I think something is very wrong at that tire centre. I'm heading to Kaltire. At least they know what tire goes on my rims and car type hahaha. Oh and Costco wasn't any cheaper at least I can get my wheels aligned at the other place
