★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Prices and available brands/styles/sizes are good buuuut they sold me a defective pair of shoes and then told me they were only offering a store credit "as a customer service gesture". According to their policy, if they sell us a defective pair of shoes, allowing us to exchange them is a favour they may or may not extend.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went in looking for comfy street/school shoes and walking sandals. Didn't have a great selection of affordable sandals, but a they had so many cute casual shoes! It was hard to decide. But the nicest part was the sales woman, she helped out my mom and I several times, had tons of information on all the shoes and really helped us make our decisions. She never seemed rushed to get away from us and was very pleasant, such a nice suprise in the world of customer service these days!
I will definitely go back next time I need more shoes.

She answered my questions and again was very welcoming. What a great visit. I even bought a nice pair of shoes! :-) Welcome to Canada Harman, we love you!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Went to 5 or 6 shoe stores in Kelowna for 4E width shoes, none of the stores carried 4E width shoes. Went to Cascade Shoes in West Kelowna, they carried a variety of wide shoes, I was fitted in no time with proper width shoes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was recently at the Kelowna shoe company Dilworth location. The manager Lisa still has a very poor attitude with my wife who is an ex employee. We were being served by another cashier and attempted to have a conversation with us when we mentioned we had new jobs she had a horrible attitude and I'll note customers were behind us and said oh were going to go into that again hey?. Yeah we are are excited about our new employment opportunities and our life if she can't move on and have better customer service perhaps you need to find a manager who can act in a more professional manner because that's completely unacceptable considering she is in a management position. This is exactly why we avoid that location we will be sure never to bring business there in the future and do our business in the vernon location. This is
