Clean location. Has lots of product but seems like a bit smaller of a costco than others I have been to. Lost my costco card so I had to go to customer service for a new one and the guy who served me was very nice, efficient and helpful. After there I went to pick up the 2 items I came for without a cart so I didn't have to go back outside to get in store. As I was walking of course found other items I wanted. I was asking for directions to the KCups because they weren't with the coffee section. The ladies tried finding me a cart but couldn't so I moved on and luckily found one right away and got the million items I didn't need because the 2 items I came for! ? live the life of Costco I guess.

Let me preface this by saying that I’ve been to Costco so many times I can’t even count. I’ve even worked at Costco when I was a student. I’ve been a loyal customer and I genuinely loved shopping here. However, I had a terrible experience today. The customer service I received from Diane was deeply condescending and cold. I forgot my debit card (my mistake), but my mom offered to pay. We had travelled 2 hours just to go to Costco and we couldn’t go back home for my card, AND Costco’s cash machine was not working. This situation could easily have been remedied by Diane saying β€œI’ll let your mom pay this one time, but please bring your own card next time”. Instead, Diane treated by like with zero empathy. She told us there is nothing she can do (not true - as you’ll see) and that we’ll have to put our stuff back. Like I said, I respect their policy, but the situation was handled incredibly poorly to the point where I had tears in my eyes because I felt so helpless. I had travelled so far just for this, was a loyal customer for years, and she was coldly telling us to go home (with a condescending smile on her face, too). Zero kindness, zero understanding, zero respect. Since the line was being held up while my dad frantically tried to get the cash machine to work to no avail, a manager came over and said β€œgeez just let the mom pay”. So, after this entire traumatic ordeal, she finally let it go. Diane could have given us a warning and let it go this one time. Instead, she had to humiliate us and hold the entire line up for 20 minutes. I’ve cancelled my membership, which is something I never expected to do. Thanks, Diane! You actually SUCK! (I know that’s rude to say, but you’ve ruined my love for Costco).

Love the new Kelowna Costco. Store is about the size of the old store but lots of parking. Super busy location. Same great staff. Only complaint is that the tills are a bit too close together. If you back up while at the till, you can easily back in to someone at the next till. And like every Costco, long lines. They also took back returns I had for two years, no questions. Another reason we all love Costco.

It designed for bulk shopping so single units of anything are hard to find here. It is very crowded on anyway of the week but particularly on Sat Sunday so the best times to go would be as early as it opens and no later then 11 am if you want to beat crowds. The electronic Dept is well stocked and well priced in all a good store the reason for the 4 stars is the way the employees treat the customers and try and avoid answering any questions sometimes even walking the other way to ignore people making it hard to have an enjoyable experience or at least one with people that care.

I love Costco!!! I trust them and their ability to have good quality products to choose from. I find their return policy impeccable and the staff is well paid and friendly, especially at this location! I just had a suggestion that the food kiosk put in a screen that shows the number of the order they are on. It’s always busy and I think it would alleviate staff stress and customer stress to see the number posted rather than yelled out in such a nosy, and busy environment. Thank you Costco for doing things right!

Brand new store. Really liked how easy it is to access the checkouts. GPS led me to old location. Since I am visiting from AB, that was strange... to see a Costco 'closed' with no cars anywhere. When I phoned them, I was given the new address. That should be changed on the website for Kelowna Costco... at least for out of town visitors. ?

So I was at the new Costco the other day. This new store is a lot bigger than other one. Same great selection as before. Just much more space to navigate in. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Parking is easier to navigate and getting into and out of parking lot also seems better. They also now have gas bar at this location. So really everything you expect from Costco is there.

It is much quieter than the old Costco. All the carts and buggies are so easy to push because they are all new, and so is the floor and parking lot. It's about 25% bigger, with 300+ more items. More enjoyable to shop. Best time to shop is about one hour before closing so that it's not too busy.
