★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aisles very cramped, hard to manover and was a very unpleasant visit. Was an unpleasant experience and I would prefer NOT to visit it again!! Asked an associate for a product and she relied, we are in a tourist town, why would we have that?? Then she went to ask seasonal manager, and she stood there with her mask off. I personally don't care but...... again cashiers awesome!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Couple of months back I had a very bad experience with one of the staffs.I went to Goderich Canadian tire to buy an electric sword. As a customer I had some doubts like if it is good enough cut my half inch thick plywood and I asked to an old lady staff came through that aisle. But she replied “I AM NOT A CARPENTER”.
Is that the way to deal with the customers?
A friendly request to the manager,” please hire some intelligent and dedicated staffs instead of keeping these type of arrogant and unprofessional employees.
I know this is an exceptional case. And I am pretty happy with the dealings of other staffs.
