Enterprise Rent-A-Car

PAY ATTENTION TO ALL THE NEGATIVE REVIEWS HERE. My friend used to be a district manager for Enterprise in Canada and validated my bad experience at this location, which unfortunately seems to have happened to A LOT of other people here and other Enterprise locations. 1. Me and my boyfriend rented a Volkswagen Jetta at this location. When we arrived, the car wasn't even available. They offered a Toyota Camry instead, which was fine, and we treated it as our own car as we have a Toyota at home too. We took time stamped photos of all the scratches already on the car to avoid unfair charges in the end of the rental. 2. When we dropped the car off in the same conditions, one of the Enterprise employees specifically did a 360 check around the car, giving us a green light. After landing back in Canada, I got a call from them for a scratch on the back door in which we for sure DID NOT CAUSE. The person calling was the rep who checked us in who was also very rude in person during our arrival. He said himself if the scratch was buffable (which again, we did not cause) - that the body shop would take care of it. Unfortunately because we declined the DAMAGE WAIVER due to my car rental insurance with AMEX, I had no choice but to submit a claim with my insurance. A couple weeks passed, and they had the audacity to come back with over 2.6k in damage for scratches that were on the car BEFORE we even rented it. 3. As a result of these unfair charges, I strongly know and believe that my money and AMEX insurance was taken advantage of. My boyfriend who's been an auto mechanic in the industry for 10+ years was next to me the whole duration of the 4-day rental and we both know we did not lay one scratch on that car rental. What we do know is god knows that and karma is a real thing. It breaks my heart to see how many people end up having to pay out of their pocket or through insurance for damage THEY DID NOT CAUSE. 4. TO ALL MY FELLOW CANADIANS OR EVEN ANYONE CONSIDERING TO RENT A CAR AT THIS ENTERPRISE LOCATION, FOR THE SAKE OF YOUR OWN MONEY, RUN AWAY AND RENT ELSEWHERE. If it wasnt for COVID-19 or my busy work and school schedule, I'd bring this to court with my lawyer. If it wasn't for AMEX saving my life, this would be my school tuition money that I would have to pay as a STUDENT, out of my pocket - for UNFAIR DAMAGE CHARGES.

Absolutely amazing location! The staff here are super helpful. Our flight got delayed 30 minutes past the time they closed, and Vardan Bhatia waited until we landed to ensure we wouldn't be stuck with the kids at the airport and no car. I highly recommend renting from them if you are in search of a rental. Thank you Vardan!

Very efficient place, however car very dirty with mustard on the steering wheel, some other substance on the radio commands and a ton of peanuts under the driver seat ( good thing no one had nuts allergies)

We had an excellent experience with this location when we rented a minivan to move across the country. We got a great price, the right vehicle, and when there was an unforeseeable defect with the vehicle they helped make it right. Landon was particularly helpful. I would certainly rent from them again. No complaints: it was a very smooth experience.

I was given a vehicle with a huge dent on the hood and they didn't include it on the car report. Be super careful and always do a walk though and take pictures of any damages you see. They blamed the dent on me and tried to go after me and my insurance. I had proof with timestamps and sent it to the damage unit. Be careful as they have done this before to other customers. Please look at all the negative reviews. Be Careful and always take pictures before you leave the lot.

Great rental experience. A few weeks ago I returned a rental car to the airport and Vardan, the assistant branch manager, was fantastic. Friendly, professional and prompt. Wouldn't hesitate to rent from them again.

Big thumbs up for my experience with assistant manager Vardan. After numerous delays travelling to Kelowna we arrived late in the evening, well after closing. Vardan returned to the airport to allow us to pick up our car and get to our destination. He saved your family vacation from turning into a bad experience. I can't say enough about his kindness.

Great service, clean, newer cars and a great experience overall. Dean Makambwa and his team are very friendly and pleasant to deal with. I had a wonderful experience and will return back to them in the future. Thanks guys
