Fraserway RV Kelowna - Kelowna

I was in Florida and saw an add for a motorhome for sale at Fraserway. I sent an email and received a response from Zak almost immediately. Over the next couple of days we exchanged emails and text messages. Zak was very patient. I had a lot of questions (first time owning anything related to camping. :-) I sent a deposit to hold it for me until I could see it in person. refundable deposit if I didn't like it or afraid of it. Flew home to Saskatoon and drove out the next morning. I didn't give Zak much of a heads up. When I arrived, the last minute item were being worked on. A new step for the entrance. It had arrived by courier that morning. Shipping delay. Prior to my arrival, the windshield was changed and new couches placed in the coach. The alternator was also replaced. Finalized the sale ready to hit the road. Departure time 9 am the next morning. Well, as fate would have it, the alternator warning light came on as I was leaving the parking lot. Zak arranged for more troubleshooting. We know there is a glitch somewhere in the electrical. I asked if I could safely drive it home and get it serviced in Saskatoon (I had to get back because I need to work to pay for the coach :) .... Zak and the Operations Manager and Maintenance Manager all said it would be ok and that Fraserway would pay to fix it. And that's exactly what Fraserway did. They have mailed me a cheque. No questions asked. Coach is repaired. Shop in Saskatoon determined that new alternator installed in Kelowna failed, and there was a blown fuse. Bottom Line. Fraserway Team kept their word and I am pleased with the whole purchasing/delivery process.

I just purchased a destination trailer which was in inventory at dealer since last December and price was negotiated with trade in for delivery on my RV site for April. Yesterday I went to finalize paperwork and payment of same and PDI for delivery for next week. My trade in trailer had already been picked up and was waiting for my new one to arrive on site. To my dismay there were several problems with the trailer including a damaged awning during transit as well as a receiver amp not operational and a few other minor issues need repair or replacement. I was not made aware of this till I got to dealership and was going through the walk through of the unit. To me this should have been caught much sooner in quality control and fixed or replaced. Now I have no idea when my trailer will be ready and delivered to my site. The walk through guy Doug was very good as was my salesman Randy, no issues with either, but when you spend $100K you expect things to be ready and all in working order. Disappointed for sure.

I've been in the market for some time trying to find the right RV. Brennan at Fraserway was incredibly professional, helpful and patient with us. He wasn't pushy and really listened to our needs. He is extremely knowledgeable. I would highly recommend Brennan. I haven't purchased anything yet but when I do, it will be from him.

Went in to look at RVs and Colin was amazing and super friendly and personable. Able to answer all of our questions even if they were stupid. Made me feel comfortable with thinking of buying a RV from Fraser way RV. Can now see why they are number one dealer!!

On June 3 we made a same day appointment for service at Kelowna Frazerway RV due to a water leak from the hot water tank. The entire team including the reception, sales and service completed the repair in record time and we were on our way. We also spent time in the, well supplied, retail and parts and were able to get some supplies we needed. A great experience !!

Needed an Equalizer Hitch clip. Called 3 other RV dealers & NOBODY was interested or even tried to assist. As soon as I spoke with Phil, he was friendly, caring and immediately ordered the part in. An absolutely amazing purchase experience. Thanks and congrats for having great staff.

They were courteous and responsible. We had money orders ready to finalize a purchase. They triple checked the specs and everything was doable. Then we attached the hitch. The trailer was sitting too low. We weren't comfortable, and they didn't push it and understood where we came from. I really wanted to purchase that trailer too. Will be looking back once I get a different tow vehicle.

Outstanding service from start to finish. Brennan in sales knocked it out of the park. His product knowledge was outstanding and he ensured the process was smooth from start to finish. Cory in finance was also excellent. Both Brennan and Cory were personable and reached out numerous times making sure we were getting exactly what we wanted and how we wanted. Carter is great with the final walk through, thorough and efficient. Fraserway has gained a customer for life. Thank you guys.
