We purchased a tailor from these guys and a small part wasn't working , We made a call and they came right to the camp site and repaired it .
Kyle , Wendy, Cory and the crew there go above and beyond !!!!!
Would purchase there again with no hesitation !!!!! Great Job Happy Camper !!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I am not one for leaving reviews either good or bad, but in this case it is a must. We were driving through Edson on a snowmobile trip and i called ahead to see if they had a certain control board for an RV furnace in stock. Not only did he have one in stock, but he was waiting for us with the part in his desk. When we arrived, the parts guys changed the part for us, showed us where the electrical malfunction occurred, and lastly when I was installing the furnace in his parking lot, the gentlemen came out to check on us and make sure we had the problem corrected. A1+++ service and I will use these guys every time and recommend them to anyone who wants to know what real customer service is about. Keep up the good work .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Contacted Happy Camper about our A/C unit not working on our RV. They went over some steps to try to rectify it over the phone and then came out to our site a few minutes outside of Edson and had the issue corrected fairly quickly. Cory was the technician who came out and was very friendly and knowledgeable. Would recommend them!

We drove from Ontario to Edson Alberta to pick up our camper so we were a little nervous as we bought it only seeing via FaceTime but it was a rare camper that we couldn’t find in Ontario. We received first class service even though we were from Ontario and they would likely never see us again. They are true professionals and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Happy Camper team! Our trip to Jasper and Banff was also wonderful!
