★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible stay. Me and my fiancé have stayed here a few times. P*bic hair in bathrooms, bodily fluids on walls, broken ac units, asked for a quite room and was put into a room directly beside elevator. Brought concerns up with management, and she was nothing short of unwilling to provide a reasonable remedy and was extremely dismissive - I understand this is a two or three star hotel but the manager has a 1 star attitude about the quality of the hotel.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed in a room on the main floor which ended up being exceptionally noisy. Woke up to someone filling a number of ice buckets right outside my room at 4:00AM and then an unexpected call to my room at 5:00AM. I could hear the hotel staff (I assume) chatting/laughing throughout the night. Sound travels like crazy at this hotel - as a light sleeper, I was not impressed.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The rooms are clean and spacious, loved the shampoo lol. We could barely hear the people above or around us so that was huge since we have 2 small kids. Valerie was wonderful, making sure we always had what we needed at breakfast and even watched/played with our youngest so I could run to the washroom with our toddler. Really great stay - we'll be back!
