I booked through hotels.com and I had the wrong travel dates in by 1 day so right after I got the confirmation its booked I realized my mistake and called hotels.com to fix it. They have said they have been trying to contact the hotel staff and cant but as soon as they do they will send me my new reservation details. So I've now called both the hotel and hotel.com over 5x the hotel wont give the permission to switch the dates by 1 day nor a refund . Yes I made a mistake but I called to fix it in less than 30 min after I booked . So I'll update this review in a couple hrs when I arrive and see what there gonna do . My reservation has costed me just under 400.00 so I hope they can switch the dates cuz with covid and $$ I'm not able to loose out on that money I'll have to stay in my truck and ill never stay there again . Keep posted for updates . I'm crossing my fingers .

The carpets and bed were visibly dirty and there was still hair left in the sink. He then inspected the mattress and found BED BUGS crawling around! (we have pictures but are having trouble posting on Google reviews - see Tripadvisor for our review with pictures). He had been in the room less than 10 minutes and went back to the front desk to state his concerns. They said there was nothing they could do for him and refused to refund his credit card. He chose to spend the night sleeping in his truck rather than this disgusting room. AVOID AT ALL COSTS!!
K	Kevin Porowski on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Friendly staff and accommodating, especially at 11pm. I booked on line and they were prepared for my arrival. Room was clean and plenty of towels. Really, for the price, no complaints here.
D	Darin Short on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the worst hotel experiences I have ever had. Terrible customer service. I was in Edson for work and they overcharged me for nights I did not even stay. When I tried to sort the situation, they would not return phone calls. I had to go through my credit card company to have the stolen money returned to my card. DO NOT STAY HERE! EDIT AFTER OWNER RESPONSE: This stay was in April 2021. This is a 100% honest and truthful review. The manager never returned my call in April after the front desk clerk promising on 5 occasions that he would. I went to Visa with issue after the manager would not respond. You can tell from the sketchy response from the owner that they do not run a professional outfit..."We have camera recording" ??? C'mon man.
M	Milo del Valle on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Angela, is the best. The only reason why I came back is her professionalism, and consideration for the guests. She took time to explain the different rates, and facilities the hotel has and runs. The other are ok at best, comparatively that is. Only other thing I’d throw in, bring back the sausage and egg’er. No one want just egg on a bun, I’ve been asking for a few weeks and they won’t. So breakfast is kind of garbage, but the coffee is passable. Room service is excellent and they keep it tidy and clean.
