★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A Great place to go for a bargain. Fireplace in the room is cool couldn't find out how to control it though. Shower was nice and room was clean. Wi-Fi was a little confusing at first but all good afterwards. Would stay here again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'd give them no stars..made a booking, on booking.com. showed up and was told me name isn't in their systems so there is nothing they can do for me. No attempt to try and get me, and my kids in a room... nothing. Just "If your name isn't in the system there is NOTHING I can do".
No so sorry this happened, nothing
To boot... the lady at the counter was moody, showed no actual interest in giving a dam about the patrons or being civil even ?
Guess I know where to avoid for future trips when my kids and I are just to tired for the last 2 hrs of driving...
Up your standards Nova Inn.... and hire better employees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel was very clean and accommodating. The staff here are all very pleasant and helpful. With the pipeline workers in town they are very busy and seem to keep up with the boom. I brought my dog with me to visit my husband and they were awesome with him. They always gave him treats and some pets. Always nice to have a pet friendly hotel. Thanks for the awesome stay! Will definitely be back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Dog friendly, clean rooms, bagged breakfast, lots of parking for big trucks. Dog park at a walking distance. Would definitely stay again. The restaurant was good too.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here is better than the CN bunkhouse. Rooms got what you need, coffee in the lobby. Fireplaces for warmth are a nice touch, the open windows for AC units in February are weird (and cold). Pillows are useless but the bed was comfy. Be aware that they clean rooms 24/7 these days cause of all the crews coming through. It can keep you up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, it wasn’t totally great….. the room was well kept, restaurant/lounge was quite nice, with good food and service. The evening front desk manager was almost always quite cranky and short with me and my coworkers, and not very accommodating. All the other staff was quite pleasant and helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I'm a pretty loyal guest of this place. The past year has been tough finding a place for me and my 2 small children to rent with the pipeliners in town. Nova always accommodated me, I enjoy the apartment style suites with a full kitchen with fridge, oven, dishwasher, lots of cupboard and counter space, living room, separate bedroom, bathroom with soaker tub, in unit washer/dryer, conveniently located beside Walmart. The furniture and linens are very dated, hallway carpets are kinda dingy but not a big deal. Front office is across the highway from the suites, no crosswalk you just kind of have to Frogger-it across. I brought my own bedset and fuzzy carpet for the living room, set it up nice for my kids. I recently booked a room. But had to cancel last minute, I asked the gentleman on the phone what the cost would be(usually one nights stay everywhere else), he said its a freebie! Thank you Nova!!! You guys rock
