C	Clint O on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was dirty, plastic on the floors, other people's hair in the shower, stained furniture. Unidentified orange/brown matter (I'm really not sure what. Possible feces. Not investigating further.) Overall room isn't bad, but for the price I have had much better maintained, newer rooms. I will not stay here again if I can avoid it.
J	Jraymond Dionne on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pretty good place. Due to covid restrictions the continental breakfast was not available and there was limited room maintenance. I found the room clean and comfortable but the pillows are hard it makes it harder to have a comfortable sleep. The staff was good and worked my sudden change of schedule and that was awesome. except for one person who was not that responsive to my request for better coffee. The water is hard in that part of the province and it affect the taste of coffee and teas. So perhaps for the coffee using bottled water would be preferable .
L	Laralynn Johnson on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst place ever! Room dirty. Chip crumbs all over the floor. No cups in room. The bathroom still had pee all over it from the people before us. Table was all sticky. Overall just dirty!

Both front entrance doors are locked and no one answered the phone called 4 times while standing in front of the door 2:30am I decided to sleep in my truck in the parking lot rather than standing out in -17 in my pajamas
J	Jessica Stewart on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My employer has been a long time customer of this property and choose to stay here when we have work in Edson due to the above and beyond service that Chandan and his staff used to provide. Since the change in Management, the service has unfortunately gone downhill. Our corporate rate drastically increased without documentation or courtesy of informing us of the increase. Recently in March 2022, an additional week was billed to our account due to a "DND" tag being displayed on the door for a whole week and the staff not knowing our employee checked out, although our Logistics team made the phone call to the property letting them know of the check out, and our employee notifying their Front Desk Staff the night before checkout. I have sent multiple emails to the Front Desk Manager to rectify the issue and my emails are not responded to. We will be taking our business elsewhere.
J	J on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Room was spacious and clean. Wifi was decent, hot water was quick and the AC had a remote. Good lighting in the room. Overall a comfortable stay.
J	Jade on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical two-star hotel. As with most hotels in Edson it is directly on the highway. The parking lot is too narrow for ¾ tons, but there is a gravel pit in the back. No night attendant at the desk. Apparently there's a pool. House keeping was lovely! Room comes with an older fridge and microwave. The plug ins are weirdly placed. Older building with HOT HOT HOT water, burned myself more than once taking a shower and the rooms are warm because the radiators.

My first room the heat would not turn off, so even though it was -25 out I had to turn on the AC to get my room to a comfortable temperature. My second room wasn't as bad, but again the AC had to run the entire night for it to be comfortable. And in this room my tub would barely drain. My third stay again I had to run the AC the entire time for it to be a comfortable temperature, and again I may as well have taken a bath with how fast the water drained when I showered. Also the free breakfast is nothing to write home about. BUT... it is cheap and the beds are comfortable.
