★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Open 11am - 11pm on Wednesday? Really? 5 calls and no answer... there isn't even an answering machine, it just boots you out! How do you expect to run a profitable business if you don't even answer your customers' calls? And to add to that, you can't even order online. You put in your order, name, address and when you go to finish, it tells you that online ordering is unavailable. Had two other people try making calls from their phones and no answer for them either. Highly disappointed. I would be willing to bring my rating back up if the service changes for the better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Worst experience / customer service - worth reading the comment through. Ordered a pizza for delivery at 630pm... after two hours of waiting, i called to see the status of the delivery. A guy answered, said they were busy but my order had just left and was out for delivery and should be at my place shortly. Being understanding, i was polite and waiting another hour. At the 3 hour marker, i called merely to cancel my order only to have the phone picked up and hung up on me. I called a few more times and it just kept ringing. I decided to drive to the store, only to find it empty with the lights off an hour before closing time. No one called me to inform me my 3hr old pizza would not be delivered, or to even give an explanation for the ridiculous situation. If you're getting pizza in Edson, go to Panago - You'll get better pizza and customer service unlike Papa Johns.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The food was excellent the pizza was still hot. No problems with the food or price at all. However, the delivery driver was rude on the phone and in person even after a tip! Next time instead of paying the extra 10 I'll pick my order up! The food was worth going back for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We ordered a pizza through the app and it said 15 minutes. Showed up on time and were told "another 15 minutes". After that were told "another 7-8" . And i'm ok with places getting busy and sometimes being understaffed (they didn't look understaffed) but don't tell someone it's going to be 15 minutes when you know full well it won't. Tell me an hour that's fine; under-promise and over-deliver not the other way around. To make it worse there was no explanation, no apology, not even the slightest hint of remorse to me or any of the other 7 people who were sitting there waiting just as long as I was! Really great customer service means apologizing, explain what went wrong, offer a discount...something, ANYTHING but acting like nothing went wrong is unprofessional. Your business is based on customers and if you don't have the decency to respect them they will go somewhere else.
