★ ★ ★ ★ ★ First time in Edson using Tesla Super Charger, super hungry and no energy to search for other restaurants nearby to charging station so I decided to try Boston Pizza in Edson AB. The first waitress is good enough to take my order though you can tell she's in a bit hurry to ask further question (for the record the restaurant has only 5 customers inside not busy at all) or if I need more time to choose my meal so I thought maybe she's in bad mood so I let it go. The second waitress older lady delivered my food is even worst. Went divered my meal, no hi or hello even at least a cue that she's about to put my meal on the table nothing!!!. She seems hating her job and only talking to other Caucasian customers except to Asian??? Well unfortunately that's what i felt especially that it is my first time, never seen them before or know them personally. Never got any follow up about the food, or at least offer something like dessert or maybe a refill to my drinks. I will never go to thatbplace anymore and I hope the Management / owner f8nd ways to elevate or coach the team for proper customer service. Let's treat customer equally and do not let hate or racism prosper.

No napkins, wipes, forks,knives, spoon, salt pepper, nothing added. They won't answer there dam phone, unless workers there.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Quick service, but unfortunately not the best. Waitress would give us drinks and food missing components then tell us after we ordered and delivered they were out of the missing component, but still charged full price. Messed up a few times on our order.
Bathrooms are not toddler friendly, as both the paper towel and air dryers were higher up.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The service here is exceptional. We had a staff party here last week and Sheryl was our server. She was lovely. Even when they started to get very busy, there was no wait times. Will definitely be back!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our waitress was Aurora and she was perfect, great personality, great conversation and very good at her job. its been awhile since we've been to a Boston pizza and she made the night out perfect. Food was also on point and drinks where cold and tasty. It was a great date night out. Thanks Aurora ! And the rest of the staff

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ the staff is incredible under pressure. I came in last week end when Hockey player group was in the place was parked. Staff was timely manner and courteous. I received my food before the group, which it was appreciated. Everyone was working as a team and I am sure they all had a big grim under their mask.
