★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you're in the market for an RV, head straight to Traveland and ask for Dan Viccars. I went to several lots and spoke to many salespeople, and Dan is one of a kind. He listened to what I was looking for and found me the perfect rig. Sent it to me the minute it was available so I was able to snatch it up! He is so easy to work with and guided me through the buying process (it's my first RV). Jon in Finance and Toby in Parts have also been amazing to work with. Thank you Dan, Jon, and Toby for making a difficult journey SO much easier!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We drove up from Victoria to see a couple of models not available in our area. Well worth the trip. We had arranged to meet Jay there on a Sunday morning it was a great experience. We spent 2 hours going through the different models and comparing pro and cons. Jay was insightful and patient. No high pressure sales silliness. Having the ability to put down a refundable deposit so we could have a couple days to decide is a nice option. Ultimately, neither of the models quite fit our needs but we would recommend giving these guys your time when looking for an RV.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Drew and the people at Kelowna's Traveland made getting into an upgraded trailer easy and enjoyable. There was no pressure, and he was more then knowledgeable on each trailer we looked at. The trailers were clean, beautiful and we had a great time walking through them and choosing the perfect one for our family. They went above and beyond to make sure we left with the trailer of our dreams and I’d recommend them to anyone interested in a great trailer buying experience

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We have purchased 4 RV's in the past 2 years from Traveland RV in West Kelowna. Kyle in sales is your guy, he has helped us seamlessly purchase all the units. I will not deal with anyone else. Kyle is very knowledgeable, and takes the time to learn what it is exactly what your looking for and the budget you have to stay in. I would recommend using Kyle to anyone. John in finance is amazing at finding you the best finance options and is always very helpful beyond his job description. Rod is fantastic at giving instructions for use and orientations of your new unit. Rod is extremely knowledgeable as well and can assist with anything RV related. Travis is very helpful and supportive as Sales Manager. 4 major purchases later and shopping in store for all our parts for years, you would think that I could come up with a negative comment about this business but I cannot. I would suggest you make Traveland RV in West Kelowna your first and only stop in RV shopping.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I would like to say that the experience we had at travel land Kelowna was great! Our sales man Drew Loewen was awesome. We came from the lower mainland to look at a trailer and he was very Attentive and always kept our budget in mind. Between every trailer we looked at he gave us our space to talk about the trailer and never pressured us to buy outside of what we wanted. Great all around guy and made our trailer buying experience a 10 out of 10. John in finance went the extra mile for us to get us approved as well. What a great team! I went to a few different trailer lots in the lower mainland and the sales men where pushy and refused to keep our budget in mind and coming into travel land Kelowna made it worth the drive. Thanks again guys and I hope you have a good year!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We just purchased a trailer from Traveland and right from the beginning we were treated very well. Kyle and Jay were very helpful and professional without being pushy. John in financing was very informative about all the different options we had. Toby showed us how everything worked inside and out and went over a few things I wasn't totally understanding. He showed us things that suggested we get to help us on our trips but didn't pressure us to get it through Traveland. We then had the service department go over things with us. They were so respectful to my husband, daughter and I and answered all our questions. What a great group of people to work with.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I recently purchased a lightly used Winnebago RV from Traveland RV. I had searched everywhere for a reasonable deal on an RV before I spoke to the sales representative Angelo Nikitas about my need for a used motor home. I was immediately impressed by Angelo's incredible knowledge of his products. Traveland caries a very wide selection of any kind of RV you could possibly want. After describing what I was looking for Angelo showed me and my wife several units that fit the bill, he was also not scared to tell us the good and bad points of each unit. I appreciated that. We finally made a decision to purchase our Winnebago from Traveland. That is only the beginning. The after sales service is amazing. The service staff is so friendly courteous and knowledgeable! If you purchase an RV privately you walk away and you are on your own. Traveland backs you up the whole way, I can't say enough about their terrific service. I would recommend anyone purchasing a new or used motor home to see Angelo at Traveland.
