★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Im into Aquaponics: which they don't know much of anything about but i drew out my plans and they helped me out figuring out what fittings and piping to use. Super helpful staff highly recommend these people. I will be back when the need arises. (Ill update with some photos when my system is built)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So today I went in to the West Kelowna store to pick up a part I need to fix a broken line. After waiting in line for 10+ minutes and only one person left in front of me a couple more people came in behind me. I was then told they wouldn’t help me because they are only serving contractors first. There was no sign on door saying that or in the store. Why not tell me as soon as I come in. With the state of the economy you would think they would be more then will to take my money. I went across the street to Delta Irrigation products for what I needed. They were more then happy to take my money.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My neighbor suggested this business. He was right. The service was friendly and knowledgeable. They had everything I needed to setup a custom zone for my cedars. Hose, filter, regulator, fittings, drip nozzles, piping etc. I drew out what I had and they explained exactly what I needed to deal with issues my irrigation system had. They even helped me load it into my truck and figured out how to get the large pipes home in my truck. Highly rated store. I will be back for additional components as they become necessary. Thank you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ These guys really know what they are doing. Jerry walked me through the irrigation plans and then we tweaked a few things. I didn't feel rushed and they answered all my questions. This is the second system I have installed with their guidance and the first one has been running for six years hassle free. Good pricing and fantastic service. Your only stop for irrigation needs.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The most excellent customer service I've had in a very long time. I had to rig an irrigation mister for my A/C compressor during 43C temp. and he showed me ways to do it and even demonstrated on a hose outside. Exceptional.
