β β β β β A retaining wall and stairs has been built in my garden. I bought stones and sand in BURNCO. They have all the things I need. Manager Mike always patient to answers my question. As I donβt have a truck, Mike used his truck and spent his time to help me return all the pallets. Thank you Mike for all you help :)

β β β β β You can checkout their website, for information on their products and pricing. I tried calling first, during business hours, and got a message machine. So I went on their website. Burncolandscape.com . I was looking for rocks, so their pricing is per bag, per yard, including delivery. The bag option is handy if you just want a bag or several put down in your yard, and you can do with it as you choose. I take it they come back for the bag? Anyway, feel free to check out their website. You can also go there, they have in store shopping.

β β β β β My issues are nearly a year in the making. Ordered several thousand dollars of product from Burnco last year. Weβve had a few disagreements on charges that were resolved, but they finally decided to take the damaged blocks away this spring and pay me for the pallets I returned. Iβm still waiting on all of this, even the pallet refund, and I keep having to follow up with them to get a response. No idea whatβs going on so far, and I am many months behind schedule waiting for replacement product. I will update this as the story continues.
Thank you for responding (2 days ago). I was dealing with your Kelowna (Westbank) branch. They are well aware of the situation, but apparently have gone MIA. Are you going out of business? I've had no further responses to my enquires. Ignoring my requests. Not providing information on the refunds or product ordered. Very very frustrating. When they said they would get back to me as soon as they could, I certainly didn't expect this.

β β β β β Have come in here numerous times during our landscaping process. The staff and management are SO helpful. Everybody is really willing to answer questions and set up deliveries and pick ups in a timely fashion. The staff are also extremely friendly and the building and yard are well kept and clean. Would recommend SiteOne West Kelowna time and again.

β β β β β I spent $160 on Basalt rock ( 1 yard) and they gave me rock which was absolutely filled with dirt. So now there is a solid layer of dirt underneath the rock. It completely voids the weed control fabric I put down. Staff at Burnco didn't care. They said it was a bad batch. Nothing they could do.
