This Uloan company was eager to help with some mishaps with truck but they went up and the extra mile for us to help. We're there till loan was done was completed. Service wa prompt and the situation was handled professionally and respectfully. Gregg and Derrick go above and beyond to let you know you made a good choice. Rates are fair and the level of service was exemplary. Highly reccomend this company to help you with your financial situation.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is my first review I have ever written, and there is a reason. These two are superheros!!!! (yes tell their wives!) I have never dealt with such a compassionate and loyal company. Very professional and all business, but yet they still have heart. They turned my terrible situation into one that I was able to rebuild from, and during it, built a lifetime loyalty from me.
They go above and beyond, are always very quick with responses and with answers for you, and are always fair.
The Okanagan is a tough place to find a company that isn't in it just for themselves, yet I managed to find one and I can not express how thankful I am that I was lucky enough to meet these two!!
Thank you Greg and Derek, without you my life would never be as good as it is now!!

My circumstance was unique, but the manager put in the extra effort and made it work for me. I was very impressed. This business is not only professional, but personal and friendly, I felt at home. ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The good: Communication from administration was wonderful, they were able to help me at a time when I had no other choice, that money helped cover unexpected moving costs.
The bad: I borrowed 2000.00 I made several timely payments of roughly 120.00. When the loan came to 6 months, I was told that the amount owing is just over 3000.00 and was asked to sign a longer term loan of 2-4 years. It would have cost me closer to 5000.00 by the end of it.
3 months ago I ran into financial challenges, I had to prioritize rent at the cost of other bills. My cell phone was disconnected for 3 weeks.
Now, a certain character will say that he emailed me directly from his email address, trying to find a solution. I have not received any messages, nor do I understand why you would change emails in the first place. This character has written down notes in his file about the "lengthly conversation" that we had, which was about 2 minutes of him telling me how it is when the bailiff showed up at my door.
When I called the Civil Enforcement company who is supposed to be holding the vehicle, they had no idea where it was, nor did they have any details on the seizure. This was a week after the bailiff arrived, plenty of time for the paperwork to catch up.
Derek Carter took advantage of a person that could do nothing about it, for profit. I lost my vehicle over 300.00
