★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Well, I would say it was the best customer service I've ever had, but it was much more than that. How much more, you ask? God-like.
If you ever want to meet your maker (or, at least the Prince of Pawn) head over to Asher Pawn and ask for Hayden. Just make sure your serial numbers are in check ;)

At first I was a bit skeptical about pawning an item I own, because pawn shops tend to have bad reputations. I walked into Asher Pawn and was greeted by a super friendly guy named Leo. He instantly made me comfortable with the whole scenario and negotiated a real good value on my item. I left the shop happy and with exactly the amount of cash I needed. Leo completely turned my thoughts around on Pawn shops, and I would definitely return to Asher Pawn if I'm ever in need of a quick loan. Thanks Leo, you're the Man!!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pawn shop in Kelowna hands down. Great prices, awesome service. Shop is run perfectly by Jared and Tanner. In 2015 I had never even gone to a pawn shop before ended up doings lot of business with this shop last year not a bad thing to say still. Go in and check it must see.

Oh! and sometimes they have coffee and donuts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and patient staff. I came in to look at some retro video games and found one that I have had a hard time coming across in the wild. They allowed me to open up the cartridge and look at the circuit board to confirm that everything inside was in order and it was the genuine article.
After all was said and done I received a pretty good deal on a gem of a game. While we conducted our research on the game the sales associate and I traded stories on video games. Overall I found them very knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. The item was a "big deal" purchase for me and I did not feel rushed or "pressured to buy" in the least. They took the time to go over the item with me and answered any questions I had. Thanks for all your help, Asher Pawn and I look forward to coming in again! Cheers!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Purchased an LG G6 from this shop and unfortunately due to some technical issues (didn't accept SIM card) I had to exchange it. No issues with the exchange, however the next G6 had a moisture detection error in the charge port.
Returned the phone expecting a hassle, but was pleasantly surprised when my purchase was refunded in full.
Amazing service, you know who you are (since I never got your name) and I will only visit this pawn shop in the future for any pawn related enterprises.
Highly recommended, you won't be disappointed.
