★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service gone downhill from what it was during since my account was open there almost 20 years ago. Long line up always been like that but customers service there gotten worst. In experience and less knowledgeable front staff. The investment people don't contact me back when I email them questions or service request. RBC is eager to have my business.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Customer service has gone down hill. Never more than 3 tellers, so it always takes 20 to 30 minutes of waiting in line. Generally the tellers are very friendly. However, Matty helped me today and she was short and not willing to help me with my problem until I asked to talk to a manager.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Be prepared to wait 43 minutes to deposit a cheque . 2 tellers on , several business folks with 30 cheques to deposit with no business teller available . Line up out past the door , my experience every time I have to go to my bank. Time to switch banks , unexceptionable BMO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you have BMO shares, sell them!!! If the orchard park Kelowna branch is any indication of the future of this institution, it will decline rapidly. If you have any cause to require any personal service then take all steps necessary to avoid Lisan Ku. Lisan represents all the incompetence and rudeness combined into to a single package that ensures you will leave angry and frustrated. Don't bother relaying your frustrations to the manager as she will defend the low standards instead of apologizing for the incompetence.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Honestly worest bank I have ever been with, stay away from all BMO. Waste of time and money, literally has cost me $100's in time wasting trying to get my busniess account unblocked. How are you going to stay afloat operating like this. 3 hour wait on the phone! Lost my busniess!
What is wrong with canadian banks?? They all have terrible reviews clearly they are doing something really wrong! Everyone one in Kelowna is below 2.5 stars hahah my gosh.

This branch is useless once you try and do anything past the front tellers.
I have had multiple appointments ghosted by CS. They were confirmed, and I waited weeks for these. I took time off work for the most recent one, and waited over an hour in their lobby for her. Apparently, she was in a meeting. BMO has been a useless bank to me for anything other than holding my money. I will be banking elsewhere due to this experience.

But she and the branch manager followed up with me quickly and complete my request timely. I value their professionalism and great help.
