I hope the work is better than the attitude from two gentlemen who work for the company at a big white job. Laughing and acting in a rude manor to other workers on site isn’t a very good way to reflect on the company.

5 years ago, there was a windstorm in my area, one of many but this time, after hearing a loud bang, I found on the ground one entire piece of trim and the higher siding right below the overhang was lose, and if there was even a breeze, it would bang on the wall which is my bedroom’s wall. Of course, it was very difficult to sleep with that noise so I called ON SIDE Restorations, the one that subcontracted Conroy Exteriors, to repair the lose siding. A person from ON SIDE Restorations came to assess the damage and took pictures. I was later contacted by ON SIDE Restorations to inform that Conroy Exteriors was informed of the occurred damage and asked to do the repair. I kept waiting and called ON SIDE Restorations several times, each time I was informed that Conroy Exteriors would come to make the repair. Eventually, I decided to contact Conroy Exteriors. The person that answered the phone told me that the warranty was expired (5 years, but one year for soffit, which was not what detached from the wall) and I had to pay for them to repair. I argued that no houses on my neighborhood had any damage and most of them are more than 30 years old. That’s when the gentleman got angry and started to shout. So, I told him that in this case I would write a negative review about the job done by Conroy Exteriors. He got even angrier and I hanged up the phone. In spite the fact that I’m 70 years old, I decided to repair the damage myself, rented 4 levels of scaffolding, (only 3 levels were required) put everything together with the help of one of my neighbors and repaired the damage properly. That’s when I found out that the sidings were installed with staples instead of nails, on most of the staples the sidings were broken, sidings were not capable of moving due to expansion, trim on top was glued with a little bit of silicone (that’s why it came out) and there were parts that no sheathing paper was installed underneath the sidings. I took pictures of the very unprofessional work done. I do not recommend Conroy Exteriors.

This is a very solid and reputable firm. For our renovation project they did all the soffits, eavestroughs and downspouts. Their workmanship was excellent and done when they said it would be. David and his office staff are easy to work with and his teams are top notch and personable. I highly recommend them for any job you are considering.

I want to thank Dave and the team at Conroy Exteriors for outstanding customer service. The technician came to the house and installed my gutters in an afternoon, I received a follow up call and visit. During the visit the second tech noticed some things needed to be changed and adjusted. I got the call and the work was done same day. This is the kind of service we all expect and rarely get. I will be telling everyone I know to use this company. Thanks again
