Even had the driver stop by and check out the details of the delivery, They were on time, placed teh can exactly where I wanted, followed up with email, Everything was just the way I like it, OLD SCHOOL CUSTOMER SERVICE. Hard to come by these days.

G	G K on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My dealings with Secure-Rite arose from an insurance claim for a flood in my residence. They were contracted by the restoration company on behalf of the insurer, not myself. I found that I needed to keep the containers longer than the insurers committed time-frame. So, I facilitated transfer of the rental agreement to me, through the restoration company. This caused some confusion and miscommunication which at the time, was disconcerting to me. As a long-time entrepreneur myself, I reached-out to the owner prior to taking further steps. And I can say without hesitation, that this company is a cut-above all others in this space, and amongst the best I've interacted with, of any kind of business, in the entire Okanagan. The owner immediately diffused the situation with the utmost professionalism. He took the file on personally, and what followed was a clinic in THE RIGHT WAY to deal with an issue and with an unhappy customer. We worked-out an agreement between us that was in my view, more than fair. And he stayed with the process until it was finalized to my satisfaction, and to the satisfaction of the insurer. Amazing job! In summary, if you have any need for this kind of service, I highly recommend Secure-Rite. It's a company which truly does care for their clients. And although the owner is very, very busy, he made the time to ensure this ended positively, and beyond my expectations. Thank you!
