★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Waited all day for my package, delivery driver didn’t ring the doorbell and left a note(I checked the camera). Called fedex and they told me to go here between 4-6 to pick up my package, then when we get to the depot at 5:30 to pick up the package, they said it was still somewhere out in a truck. Ridiculous service?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could leave a 0 star I would. Fed Ground delivery is absolutely horrible! The driver was to lazy to look at the address and left my package at someone else's place because they order alot of items and didn't even bother to look at the address.
Another package wasn't delivered even though the address on the site where I purchased the item was correct. FedEx is supposed to call when they have delivery issues but didn't make any attempts.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Absolutely horrible, after receiving a "door tag" for delivery went the next day to pick-up location and they informed me that my package was at a pick-up location in a completely different city. Automated calling system had me repeating myself for 30 minutes. They can keep my package and I will never use them again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Delivery attempt - they said they did but they didn't call me to let them in the building. They lied to me as well. They have done this before to me. And what a hassle that expisode was to get my package. I don't know how this company survives. I would never use fedex.
